If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any item purchased then it may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Provided it is returned within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging unused. Should the item be faulty return it to us and we will dispatch a replacement immediately. Even though the postage is free you are still responsible for the parcel until it is received back by us. The free postage address is for a standard parcel service.
